Appointment policy: No-call/no-shows and cancellations or rescheduling with less than 12 hours’ notice: $30 charged to the card on file. If payment declines, one tan is deducted from your package instead. You will never receive both penalties for the same appointment. If no tans remain and payment declines, the $30 balance must be paid before your next tan.
