Cancellation/Rescheduling:
I understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the reserved service price. For same-day bookings, at least 3 hours' notice is required. "No-shows" will be charged 100% of the booked service price.
Lateness:
If you are running late, please call ahead to inform me. Keep in mind that the time reserved is specifically for your service. While I will do my best to accommodate late arrivals, if you are more than 15 minutes late and have clients scheduled after you, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, resulting in a fee of 50% of the reserved service price.
Refunds:
Please note that I do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Credit Card Required:
All appointments require a credit card on file to secure your booking. You will not be charged at the time of scheduling.The purpose of this cancellation policy is to ensure I can offer standby clients the opportunity to fill any openings, allowing me to keep my schedule full and provide better service to all clients.
